- Especially strong upper part formed as a box section made of 20 mm thick high-strength, Swedish construction steel STRENX from SSAB with the bolt circles 6x17-173 mm and 6x21-203 mm, for high loads and stable connection to the rotator Â
- Claws made of a continuous 30 mm thick side plate made of high-strength fine-grained steel STRENX; Reinforcement between claw pin and cylinder deflection to 50 mm material thickness on each side
- Claw cutting edges made of particularly wear-resistant Hardox 450; the claw cutting edges are positively embedded and welded into the side plates
- Two parallel rods made of high-strength cast steel
- Large, high-quality tubes (120 mm diameter) for deflecting the cylinder forces
- Over many years of optimized design and workmanship
- All bolts in expander design - prevent any play
- All bearings with perforated WIELAND bronze bushes
